1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Astrix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Astrix ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Important: By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the Astrix web application and all related services, features, and functionalities.
- "Account" means the user account created to access the Service.
- "Credits" means the prepaid units purchased or received that are consumed when using certain features of the Service.
- "User Content" means any data, information, or content you submit to the Service.
- "Calculations" refers to the numerological analysis and pattern computations performed by the Service.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
This license does NOT include:
- Any ownership rights to the Service or its underlying technology
- The right to modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- The right to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- The right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- The right to share your account credentials with third parties
4. Credits System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. You must have sufficient credits in your account to use certain features.
4.1 Credit Purchase and Top-Up
- Credits may be purchased through approved payment methods
- Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice
- All credit purchases are final upon completion of payment
4.2 Credit Validity and Expiration
Credit validity periods vary depending on the type of credit:
Welcome/Promotional Credits
3 days
Purchased Credits
As specified at purchase
Bonus/Reward Credits
As specified when granted
- Credit validity period is displayed at the time of purchase or grant
- Expired credits are automatically forfeited and cannot be restored
- Credit expiration dates are displayed in your account dashboard
- Credits are consumed in order of earliest expiration date first
4.3 Credit Refund Policy
No Refunds: All credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. Unused credits have no cash value.
4.4 Credit Consumption
- Credits are deducted when you use calculation features
- Credit costs for each feature are displayed before use
- Once a calculation is performed, credits cannot be refunded even if you are unsatisfied with the results
5. User Obligations
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be at least 17 years of age to create an account
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Keep your contact information up to date
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
- Circumvent any security features or access controls
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including but not limited to its software, algorithms, user interface, design, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7.1 Our Rights
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store such content solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8.1 Data Collection
We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, including account information, usage data, and calculation inputs.
8.2 Your Rights
Subject to applicable laws, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data held by us
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your usage history and calculation records

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Calculations and results are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only
- We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any calculations or results
- You acknowledge that numerological analysis is not a substitute for professional advice
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Decisions made based on calculations or results from the Service
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or RM100 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred), whichever is greater.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Any remaining credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable
- Your data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
11.2 Termination by Us
Immediate Termination (Without Notice)
We may immediately suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if:
- You materially breach these Terms (including misuse, fraud, security risks)
- Your use poses a security risk to us or other users
- We are required to do so by law or government order
- You engage in illegal activities or abuse the Service
Termination With Notice
For reasons other than breach, we may terminate your access with 30 days written notice to your registered email address.
11.3 Effect of Termination
- All licenses granted to you will immediately terminate
- Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from termination
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service.
- Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service
- Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service
- It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically
By using Astrix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
